To avoid tarnishing, try to keep your jewellery away from chemicals and use polishing clothes to remove moisture. Although sterling silver is water proof try to remove your jewellery when your at the beach, swimming pools and hot springs this will just prevent any premature tarnishing.
If your jewellery does tarnish, don’t worry there many ways to bring back its shine you can use mild soap and a gentle sponge or a soft tooth brush but make sure they are soft and clean to avoid scratching.
